A picture is worth a thousand words. And so when troubleshooting an issue it’s often much easier for us to resolve an issue if we can see exactly what you are looking at. Taking a screen shot is easy. Simply click the print screen button on your keyboard (PrtSc); usually located in the top right corner of your keyboard. An image of what is currently visible on your computer screen is then copied to your clipboard. All you have to do then is paste the contents of your clipboard into a document (MS Word for example). Then save the document and shoot it over to our Support Desk.
